Foothills Church in Ahwatukee is a local body of believers in Jesus who strive to love God and to love others. In the Bible the Apostle Paul describes Christians in a church as a body:
“Just as a body, though one, has many parts, but all its many parts form one body, so it is with Christ.” – 1 Corinthians 2:12
As a church family, we gather to worship, we grow together in community and go as we live out and share the Gospel of Christ with our neighbors, with our city and with people from Spain to Asia.
Love God. Love others. Gather. Grow. Go.

Gather, Grow, Go
We currently have two identical Sunday morning worship experiences at 9:00 am and 10:45 am. Worship at Foothills is compelling, as we sing and pray, as we hear stories of faith and witness baptisms, as we give and listen to the teaching of Scripture, we expect to be changed!
If you have children from newborns through 5th grade, we offer fun, safe, scripturally-based, age-appropriate ministries in our preschool and children’s facilities during both of our Sunday morning worship times.
If you have students in grades 6-8, we offer Small Group Bible Study during the 10:45 am worship time in the student facility.
If you have students in grades 9-12, they attend Sunday service with you. High school students meet on Wednesday nights at 7:00 pm.
Growth Groups for Adults meet throughout the week, August – May. Check out the Growth Group page for days, places and times!
Go represents mission opportunities to use your gifts and abilities in service at Foothills. Check out our Go page for volunteer opportunities at Foothills as well as local and international missions opportunities.
Your faith has become important to you over the years, and now as a parent, you want your children to learn about God’s story. Our mission in Children’s Ministry is to help children begin developing a personal relationship with Jesus by partnering with families in nurturing and teaching children to walk in Christ’s light.
In Student Ministry at Foothills, our focus is simple – teach students what it means to live like Jesus. While we are called Student Ministry, our ministry is actually to students and families because the family is the context where a student will learn and live out a life like Jesus.
