The culture of a church staff and its members should look different from the world. There should be a love and a respect that members and leaders have for one another. God’s design is not only seen in marriage, parenting, manhood, or womanhood but it’s also seen in the way we behave and believe as a church, even how we treat and respond to our leaders.
