The Bible is a collection of 66 books that tell a single story from Genesis to Revelation. You can follow that story through four acts: Creation, Fall, Redemption and Restoration. In Isaiah 49 you see through the eyes of one of God’s Old Testament Prophets that God’s heart for the nations beats throughout those four acts, is centered on the sending of the Messiah, the Son of God, Jesus and is not separate from what God has called us to be and do through the Great Commission.
