PURPOSE: Our Internship Program is meant to complement a college student’s theological education with real church experience. Our desire is to expose future pastors and church leaders to the typical ebb and flow of local church ministry and to equip them with a pastoral, ecclesiological grid to care for the people of God.
WHO WE ARE: Foothills Baptist Church, is strategically located in the heart of Ahwatukee Foothills. Our mission is to make disciples who make Jesus known in Ahwatukee and Beyond. We are submitted to Scripture, committed to Christian community, and engaged in gospel advancement.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR: We are currently accepting applications for our Pastoral Internship. We are looking for young men who aspire to the noble task of a Pastor (1 Timothy 3:1-7) and desire to use their gifts to edify our church family.
Thank you for your interest in the Foothills Pastoral Internship. We hope to encourage and influence future leaders in their role in evangelical churches. Under supervision, interns will gain knowledge in the areas of leadership, church polity and pastoral ministry.
