Fear, Trouble, and Hope

In a world filled with fear and uncertainty, Christians are called to a different response. Rather than being consumed by cultural opposition, political concerns, or conspiracy theories, we should focus on being zealous for good works and fearing God alone. When Peter asked who can harm those zealous for good, he pointed to an eternal perspective – no one can truly harm those in Christ. Instead of cultivating fear through consuming fearful content, believers should honor Christ as holy and be prepared to give a defense of their hope. Our response to difficult circumstances should reflect gentleness and respect, showing others that our ultimate trust rests in God’s sovereignty rather than political outcomes.
