Paul reminds the Galatians that justification comes through faith in Jesus Christ alone, not through works of the law. Jesus, being perfectly God and perfectly man without sin, became the perfect sacrifice for humanity’s sins. Grace is not a license to sin but transforms our attitude toward sin entirely. Paul declares that he has been crucified with Christ, meaning his old self died and Christ now lives in him. This understanding of grace changes how we approach life and relationships, recognizing that our worth comes from Christ alone, not from performance or external factors.
