In a world full of competing voices, Proverbs 2 makes one thing clear: God’s wisdom is the only path that truly leads to life. Wisdom is not about intelligence or education. It is the ability to see life from God’s perspective and live accordingly. We pursue wisdom intentionally through God’s Word, and God meets us there by giving wisdom as a gift. That wisdom sinks into the heart, changes desires, and protects us from paths that lead to ruin. Ultimately, wisdom is not just a set of principles. Wisdom is a person, and that person is Jesus Christ, the wisdom of God, who came looking for us so that fools like us could find the path to life.
