The Gospel isn’t just the doorway into Christianity—it’s the daily path for every believer. When Peter withdrew from eating with Gentile believers in Antioch, he contradicted Gospel truth through his actions, not his words. His behavior created barriers that Jesus never established, showing how even mature Christians can fall out of step with Gospel living. We often do the same through favoritism, sectarianism, political division, or racial thinking. Our sin never remains isolated—it affects our communities and relationships. When correction is needed, it should be done with humility, courage, and gentleness, aiming for restoration rather than condemnation.
