In Matt. 10 Jesus is teaching the 12, and us by extension, what it means to be sent out on kingdom mission in a world of wolves. As he finishes in our text, he outlines what he expects of his disciples on mission. His three expectations are: Confess Him Openly; Love Him Supremely; Rejoice at God’s grace for yourselves and those who serve you.
