Hospitality is the gift that blesses the church and the world. It serves the ministry of the family of God, and the mission of the gospel. Every church, each local congregation is a family – so we love one another, and we are a haven – so we invite others in, people who are far from God. And hospitality is the key that opens the way to deeper fellowship with each other, and gospel conversations with those who need Christ. Hebrews 13:1-3 shows us what it looks like to practice hospitality while we live sent as God’s people in the world.
